This starts as my Spring City Blend, then gets ground and stuffed into a luxurious cloth bag. I lovingly shower it with fresh water and let it sit bathing in its own glory for twenty-four (24) hours. At the end of the day, it is smooth and delightful, a little bit of summer on your tongue.

Since it takes a while to make, and I don't want it to sit around waiting for you too long, orders will be fulfilled Saturday at the Waukesha Farmers' Market. Place 'em on Wednesday and it will be waiting for you as you pretend to care about the fresh produce on your way to our tent.
